DESCRIPTION

Design and construction of a single-family house in Badalona in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Ram. The design proposes a luxurious modern house with multiple terraces overlooking the sea. The 600 m2 are distributed over 4 levels (ground floor and three upper levels) with a beautiful garden with swimming pool.

The house is laid out in an L-shape around the pool and the garden in the corner of the plot. The organic distribution of the spaces contrasts with the straight lines of the façade and its white strips that allow multiple angles and diagonal views.
